Two in a Million (2005)

Walter Fredenhagen – the visionary businessman – and his life partner, Grace – herself a visionary in the community – are depicted arm-in-arm on the site of the family’s once-thriving dairy business – Fredenhagen Park. This location was once home to their Naperville Creamery Company and later to Prince Castles Ice Cream Shop, famed for its “One in a Million” milkshakes and cones. With Grace’s support, Walter built a business empire that endured the Great Depression, and Grace oversaw the restoration of historical sites in town, which later became part of Naper Settlement.
